52d3c218e3 fix(publish): recursively rename node_modules 
node_modules should be renamed to cached_node_modules
even in subdirectories because npm won't publish them.

8e41abc4f4 feat: all dependencies are bundled

b38b65db49 Remove unnecessary polyfills
