The shell to use for scripts run with the `pnpm run` command.

For instance, to force usage of Git Bash on Windows:

```sh
pnpm config set scriptShell "C:\\Program Files\\git\\bin\\bash.exe"
```

Since v11.26.0, a relative path in `pnpm-workspace.yaml` resolves from the workspace root, including for scripts that run in a nested package. A bare command name such as `bash` is still looked up on `PATH`.
