3 people 0326cf1bb8 fix(deps-resolver): allow wanted dependencies without an alias (#16245) ...

WantedDependency required an alias even though Git, JSR, and tarball selectors
can reach the resolver before their package name is known. The parser and
tests hid that mismatch with casts.

Share one optional-alias type, retain a required alias for manifest entries,
and narrow consumers where a package name is needed, using a hasAlias type
guard instead of copying objects to re-assert the alias. Let the catalog resolver
accept unnamed selectors without changing catalog promotion or error codes.
Cover catalog promotion after an aliasless tarball resolves its package name.
