Supply workspace package names for separated --filter and -F completion values. Clap has no fixed possible values for these options, which made completion fall through to command suggestions. Reuse workspace project discovery and extract the directory resolution already used by script completion. Preserve workspace package patterns and prefix filtering without loading install configuration or hooks. The TypeScript CLI already implements these completion forms. Both completion servers now omit unsafe candidates without rewriting their identities. This prevents manifest-controlled names from injecting output records or terminal controls, including script names as well as package names. Omit backslashes in TypeScript Fish candidates because the tabtab template decodes them after the completion server emits its output. Closes pnpm/pnpm#15216.
