The GitLab labels wrote a literal backslash-r and backslash-e[0K instead
of a carriage return and the erase-line escape, left out the leading
erase-line sequence, and did not end the closing marker with a line
break. GitLab therefore printed the markers as text instead of folding
the output of each project in `pnpm run --recursive`.
The markers now follow the format in GitLab's job log documentation.
pnpm v12 has no CI log groups, so there is nothing to change there.
