Zoltan Kochan e0a38c8879 fix: fix install summary in workspace by setting recursive config before reporter init ...

Move workspace recursive detection before reporter initialization so the
reporter has the correct config. Also skip packageManifestLogger during
dry runs to prevent incorrect summary output.
