Zoltan KochanandClaude Opus 5.5 50364eee27 ci: keep pnpm crate READMEs out of the Rust CI trigger (#15402 )

pnpr/crates/*/*.md was already excluded from the rust filter, while the
matching Markdown under pnpm/crates still ran the whole Rust suite on
three platforms. No build step or test reads those files. The docs
filter gains the same pattern, so the spell check still runs on them.
