Gabriel Mari S. FloresandCursor Agent a04402ff60 fix(npm-lifecycle): keep waiting for a zombie whose other threads still run (#16392) ...

Linux reports state Z both for a real zombie and for a process whose
main thread has exited while other threads keep running. The group wait
treated every Z as done, so pnpm exited while those threads were still
running. A Z member now counts as live when its task directory lists
more than one thread. A task directory that cannot be read does not.
