Zoltan Kochan 705e3fe3cc fix(auth): enable shell for .bat/.cmd token helpers on Windows ...

The refactor in 45a6cb6b dropped `shell: true` from token helper
execution. On Windows, .bat/.cmd files require a shell to run,
causing all tokenHelper tests to fail.
