Zoltan Kochan 187615f871 fix: installing git-hosted dependencies ...

Fixing a regression caused by breaking changes in the fetch function
API.
`@pnpm/git-fetcher` was not correctly updated.

As a result, git-hosted dependencies were not being installed.
