Separate deployed manifest specifiers from resolved importer references. Normalize ordinary registry references through the existing dependency-path parsers, retaining npm alias targets. Keep peer and patch suffixes in the lockfile's version fields and snapshot keys. Apply the same conversion in the TypeScript v11 and Rust v12 deploy paths. Cover production, development, and optional dependencies, nested peers, patches, aliases, and opaque non-registry references. Closes pnpm/pnpm#14873.

pnpm deploy now writes plain versions for registry dependencies with peer dependencies in the deployed package.json. The deployed lockfile retains the resolved peer bindings. npm aliases keep their target package names #14873.
