We intend to migrate to the cobra cli from urfave/cli because the
project is more well maintained. There are also some technical reasons
as well which extend into our remote client work.

* use copy progress bars only when the fd points to a tty
Please note that this is not a release over containers/image. For an
upcoming release of libpod, we might consider vendoring the latest
release of containers/image.
