Add [Quadlet] SetMountsDependency to select RequiresMountsFor, WantsMountsFor, or no generated dependency for user mount source paths.
Keep Requires as the default to preserve existing behavior and retain the required dependency on Podman's container storage directory.
Document the available values and the systemd version requirement for WantsMountsFor.
Add Quadlet integration fixtures covering Wants, Requires, None, and invalid values.

Do not set RemainAfterExit=yes by default when converting Quadlet
.volume files to systemd oneshot services.
Setting RemainAfterExit=yes causes systemd to consider the volume
service active even after the volume is deleted manually, preventing
systemd from re-executing volume creation when dependent container
services restart.

Replaces regexp.MustCompile with regexp.Delayed from go.podman.io/storage/pkg/regexp
for global regular expressions. This avoids compiling regular expressions
during the global init scope, improving startup performance for all commands.
Tests are kept using regexp.MustCompile where applicable.

The Pod key of a .container unit accepts systemd specifiers, but handlePod
looked the referenced pod up in the units map using the raw value, so
"Pod=%N.pod" failed with "quadlet pod unit %N.pod does not exist" instead
of resolving to the pod named after the container's service.
Expand %N to the container's service name before the lookup, matching the
existing handling in GetContainerResourceName. Since %N is the service
name, setting ServiceName= lets the container and pod unit files use
different names.
Add e2e cases for both combinations: a pod named after the container
file, and a pod named after a ServiceName that differs from the file
name.

convertNumber() strips the sign before parsing the numeric value and then
applies it back via a multiplier. The negative case uses -11 instead of
-1, causing negative values to be converted incorrectly.
This is visible for any caller using the signed result directly, and can
also produce surprising results for unsigned callers if the multiplication
overflows.
Use -1 for the negative multiplier.

Setting Entrypoint= (empty value) in a quadlet .container file should
produce --entrypoint "" in the generated podman command, which clears
the image's default entrypoint. Previously this was silently ignored
because lookupAndAddString skips empty values.
Move the Entrypoint key out of the generic stringKeys map and handle
it separately so that an empty value is passed through.

Fix a few new issues reported by the linter update.
There is no need to copy the capAdd/capDrop slice in the compat create
endpoint as they are only read and not modified.
For the other code preallocate the slices so we safe memory allocations.

Require (linux || freebsd), because the code already does that, in practice.
This just means macOS users of IDEs aren't hit with thousands of compilation
errors (and then the IDE can open an Linux-specific file and then process it
under the Linux assumption, which works much better).
This commit ONLY replaces
//go:build !remote
with
//go:build !remote && (linux || freebsd)
and is split from the rest to allow mechanically verifying that fact,
and focusing a review on the other kinds of changes.

Tremendous amount of changes in here, but all should amount to
the same thing: changing Go import paths from v5 to v6.
Also bumped go.mod to github.com/containers/podman/v6 and updated
version to v6.0.0-dev.

Problem: While removing cgroupsv1 code, I noticed my neovim Go config
automatically changed fileperms to the new octal format and I didn't
want that polluting my diffs.
Decision: I thought it best to switch to the new octal format in a dedicated PR.
Action:
- Cursor switched to new octal format for all fileperm ocurrences in Go
source and test files.
- vendor/, docs/ and non-Go files were ignored.
- Reviewed manually.

The 'name' parameter was unused in both ConvertNetwork and ConvertVolume functions.
Remove the parameter entirely and update all function calls accordingly.
This fixes revive linter warnings:
- pkg/systemd/quadlet/quadlet.go:961:47: unused-parameter: parameter 'name' seems to be unused
- pkg/systemd/quadlet/quadlet.go:1050:45: unused-parameter: parameter 'name' seems to be unused
