Lokesh Mandvekar 8d1f636e40 vendor update without CNI in buildah and container-libs 
rootlessport: clarify RootlessCNI comment

Update the comment for the RootlessCNI conditional to clarify that
the flag is for rootless bridge networking, not CNI specifically.
The bool is set when netStatus != nil in slirp4netns and will be
removed when slirp4netns and rootlessport are fully dropped.

Brent Baude cfd4cc0932 remove libartifact from podman 
pkg/libartifact has been moved to common and as such needs to be removed
from podman and the new common vendored in along with required deps.

Andrew Melnick feb36e4fe6 Implement TLS API Support 
* Added flags to point to TLS PEM files to use for exposing and connecting
  to an encrypted remote API socket with server and client authentication.
* Added TLS fields for system connection ls templates.
* Added special "tls" format for system connection ls to list TLS fields
  in human-readable table format.
* Updated remote integration and system tests to allow specifying a
  "transport" to run the full suite against a unix, tcp, tls, or mtls
  system service.
* Added system tests to verify basic operation of unix, tcp, tls, and mtls
  services, clients, and connections.

 - skip mount-cache-selinux-long-name test under remote, with
   a FIXME requesting that someone see if it can be made to work.

Miloslav Trmač 069edc3adf Add (podman {image,manifest} push --sign-by-sigstore=param-file.yaml) 
(podman push) and (podman manifest push) now support --sign-by-sigstore=param-file,
using the containers-sigstore-signing-params.yaml(5) file format.

That notably adds support for Fulcio and Rekor signing.

Paul Holzinger a0ad1f2ad4 remove unneeded k8s code 
There is a lot of unneeded code, k8s is the by far the biggest
dependency in podman. We should remove as much as possible so that we
only have the stuff left that we use.

This is just a quick skim over the code which removes a lot of the
generated code and many packages that are now unused.
I know that this will be impossible to properly review. I will try to
make smaller changes in follow up work.

Right now this reduces about 8 MB in binary size!!!

[NO NEW TESTS NEEDED] Hopefully existing tests will catch any problems.

Since containers-common package is tied to specific versions
of Podman, add tools to build the package into the contrib directory
This should help other distributions to figure out which commont
package to ship.

Paul Holzinger 774271c38a upgrade all dependencies 
The dependabot does not update dependencies when they do not use a tag.
This patch upgrades all untagged depenencies if possible.

You can upgrade all dependencies with `go get -u ./... && make vendor`
in theory however this failed since the k8s changes do not compile on
go v1.16 so I only updated the other dependencies.
