Jan Kaluza ddc7a5e884 CI: fail info tests unless Rawhide is on conmon-v3 ...

Export CI_DESIRED_CONMON=/usr/bin/conmon-v3 from the Rawhide runner
and preserve it into the test environment, with CONMON_BINARY set from
that same path. System and e2e info tests then require Host.Conmon.Path
to match it and Host.Conmon.Version to be version 3, and skip when the
variable is unset. The basic system test also prints the conmon path.
