Cedric Staniewski f6a50311c5 quadlet: add UserNS option key ...

The `UserNS` key will replace the `RemapGid`, `RemapUid`, `RemapUidSize`
and `RemapUsers` options which are therefore marked as deprecated by
this commit.

Closes #17984
