Paul Holzinger eefbe108e4 bump bundled gvproxy version to v0.9.0

Normally we pull the version from go.mod to make updates easier and
ensure we use a consistent version between our go code and the external
binary however this does not work on the v5.8 branch.

github.com/containers/gvisor-tap-vsock depends on go.podman.io/common
v0.68.0 indirectly, thus it force a common upgrade which is not
compatible with this branch and not something we can or want to do.

Therefore hard code the external gvproxy versions to v0.9.0 without
updating go.mod, we do not need the update in the go code.
