Jake Correnti 837bc25681 Fix HyperV loadMachineFromJSON function name ...

Re-names HyperV function that was copied from the applehv
implementation and not changed. Makes the function a method of
`HyperVMachine`.

[NO NEW TESTS NEEDED]
