Rajkaran Yadav 176dbb136b fix: correct subuid and subgid name flag mappings ...

The --subgidname flag was incorrectly populating cf.SubUIDName and
the --subuidname flag was incorrectly populating cf.SubGIDName. This
fix swaps the destination fields to their correct mappings:
- --subgidname now populates cf.SubGIDName
- --subuidname now populates cf.SubUIDName

Also adds a regression test to verify both mappings independently
and prevent this bug from returning.
