Lokesh Mandvekar 8d6c23dad1 RPM/TMT: drop slirp4netns dependency ...

slirp4netns is no longer used as a rootless networking backend,
pasta is the only option. Remove the package requirement from
rpm/podman.spec and the TMT test setup.
