Ygal Blum da96ff6cc7 Quadlet - treat paths starting with systemd specifiers as absolute 
If a path (Yaml, ConfigMap, EnvFile) starts with a systemd path
specifier, treat the path as absolute
Add tests - unit, e2e and bats
