Gzip metadata is read from the wrapped remote and could contain an
invalid block size or incomplete block index. A range read could then
panic in the seekable gzip reader.
Validate the gzip sidecar invariants before constructing a reader so
malformed remote metadata returns an error instead of crashing rclone.

When the source supplied fewer bytes than its declared size, the
compressed data file was stored under a name containing the declared
size while the metadata recorded the actual number of bytes read.
NewObject looks the data file up by the size in the metadata, so the
resulting object could never be read again, and the upload reported
success.
Check that the number of bytes read matches the declared size after
uploading the data and before writing the metadata, and remove the
data file and return an error if it does not.
This was found by the new FsPutShortEOF integration test.

Added support for reading and writing zstd-compressed archives in seekable format
using "github.com/klauspost/compress/zstd" and
"github.com/SaveTheRbtz/zstd-seekable-format-go/pkg".
Bumped Go version from 1.24.0 to 1.24.4 due to requirements of
"github.com/SaveTheRbtz/zstd-seekable-format-go/pkg".
This converts the ChunkedReader into an interface and provides two
implementations one sequential and one parallel.
This can be used to improve the performance of the VFS on high
bandwidth or high latency links.
Fixes#4760
This fixes the Root() returned by the backend when it has returned
fs.ErrorIsFile.
Before this change it returned a root which included the file path.
Because Root() was wrong this caused the detection of the file being
moved over itself check to fail.
This adds an integration test to check it for all backends.

ChangeNotify has been broken on the compress backend for a long time!
Before this change it was wrapping the file names received rather than
unwrapping them to discover the original names.
It is likely ChangeNotify was working adequately though for users as
the VFS just uses the directories rather than the file names.
Before this fix, if an error ocurred reading the metadata, it could be
set as nil and then used, causing a crash.
This fix changes the readMetadata function so it returns an error, and
the error is always set if the metadata returned is nil.
This is possible now that we no longer support go1.12 and brings
rclone into line with standard practices in the Go world.
This also removes errors.New and errors.Errorf from lib/errors and
prefers the stdlib errors package over lib/errors.
Includes adding support for additional size input suffix Mi and MiB, treated equivalent to M.
Extends binary suffix output with letter i, e.g. Ki and Mi.
Centralizes creation of bit/byte unit strings.
