Several documentation links pointed at anchors or paths that no longer
resolve, and the S3 directory buckets section named the config option
and flag in the plural, which does not match the backend.

The SFTP page said `--dump-auth`, which no longer exists: it became a
value of `--dump`, so the docs asked for a flag rclone would reject.
The same line, and a line in the Swift troubleshooting section, also
used `--dump-headers` and `--dump-bodies`. Those still parse, but
SetFlags logs "--dump-headers is obsolete - please use --dump headers
instead", so the docs were steering readers onto a deprecated form.
The generated flag listings in docs/content/flags.md and
docs/content/commands/rclone.md are left alone: those flags do still
exist, so `--help` output should keep showing them.

Add two new options, pin_host_key and host_keys, that
together provide a TOFU host-key validation mode for users who don't
maintain a known_hosts file. When --sftp-pin-host-key is used, rclone
records the server's host key into host_keys on the first successful
connection and verifies it on every subsequent connection.
host_keys is always validated when non-empty, so it can also be used
by hand to pin a known fingerprint without enabling TOFU writing.
known_hosts_file takes precedence if both are set. SSH host
certificates are rejected with a clear message pointing at
known_hosts_file. On-the-fly remotes log a warning since the captured
key cannot be persisted.

Replace custom rem hugo shortcode template with HTML comment. HTML comments are now
allowed in Hugo without enabling unsafe HTML parsing.
Improve the text in the comment: Remove unnecessary quoting, and avoid impression that
make backenddocs has to be run and results committed, since we have a lint check which
will then report error because we want to prevent manual changes in autogenerated sections.
Disable the markdownlint rule line-length on the autogenerated marker line.
Make the autogenerated marker detection a bit more robust.

Currently rclone allows us to specify the path to a public ssh
certificate file.
That works great for cases where we can specify key path, like local
envs.
If users are using rclone with [volsync](https://github.com/backube/volsync/tree/main/docs/usage/rclone)
there currently is a limitation that users can specify only the rclone config file.
With this change users can pass the public certificate in the same fashion
as they can with `key_file`.
Windows shells like cmd and powershell needs to use different quoting/escaping
of strings and paths than the unix shell, and also absolute paths must be fixed
by removing leading slash that the POSIX formatted paths have
(e.g. /C:/Users does not work in shell, it must be converted to C:/Users).
Tries to autodetect shell type (cmd, powershell, unix) on first use.
Implemented default builtin powershell functions for hashsum and about when remote
shell is powershell.
