Nick Craig-Wood 611416b140 operations: fix TestMoveOntoItself on eventually consistent backends ...

The test looked up the object it had just uploaded without retrying, so
it failed with "object not found" on backends such as Cloudinary and
Internxt where new objects take a moment to appear.
