Nick Craig-Wood 0e3c9bb755 rcd: start the stats logging so --stats works ...

rcd doesn't run its command through cmd.Run, which is what starts the
periodic stats logging, so --stats had no effect. The serve commands
and mount all log the stats, so make rcd do it too.

This means the stats are available to a client reading the logs over
the rc as well.
