Fred b2664e513a seafile: fix operations on files whose names are not in Unicode NFC form ...

Seafile stores file and directory names in NFC whatever form they are
uploaded in, but looks them up byte for byte. A file uploaded with a
decomposed (NFD) name, as macOS produces, could therefore not be found,
renamed, copied or moved afterwards, and the operations integration
test TestMoveUnicodeEquivalentWithoutServerSideMove failed.

This normalizes paths inside a library to NFC before they are sent to
the server. Library names are left as they are since Seafile stores
them verbatim.
