The titlecase transform is documented as converting the file name to
Title Case, but it used strings.ToTitle, which maps every letter to its
title case form - upper case for nearly all letters - so it did the
same as uppercase: "hello world.txt" became "HELLO WORLD.TXT".
Use golang.org/x/text/cases instead, so it becomes "Hello World.txt".
