Nick Craig-Wood dfbe3ae1d0 lib/http: fix auth timing tests failing on Windows ...

The tests timed one rejection at a time, but checking a --user/--pass
password takes less than the resolution of the clock on Windows, so
the known and unknown users both measured 0s and the comparison
failed.

Time many rejections with testing.Benchmark instead, which runs
enough of them to measure on a coarse clock.
