Nick Craig-Wood fb17dd9fe7 dropbox: make shared_folders mode read-write - fixes #9221 ...

Previously shared_folders mode blocked all write operations with
"not supported in shared files mode". This adds full read-write
support by using namespace-scoped API clients for all operations.
