6f481bb0e0 - Use fromdir, todir, and tmpdir instead of FROM, TO, and TMP. 
- Added chkdir.
- Quote the dir expansions to avoid problems with spaces.
- Added "exclude = foobar.baz" the the rsync.conf file we create.
