* Refactor the way we getaddrinfo and use  Happy Eyeballs

* Move tests to right directory

* Do not run Happy Eyeballs for only 1 address

6252d02498 Changes to binary building after PyInstaller update 
Correct restart on macOS binary.
Allow to be less strict about file removal.
Remove not needed zip parameter.
Remove old modifications of sys.argv.
Make sure that after restart we still log to console.
