* Replace duplicate nzo_ids in history database and use uuid4

* Remove SABnzbd_nzo on reuse

* Keep SABnzbd_nzo_ prefix for future jobs

* Try loading from multiple normal and future paths

* Purege NZO_FILE

* Rename NZO_FILE

* Allow failed migration to rollback
