acd00b20a3 Fix bash completion of candidates for install (#993) 
The `read` built-in uses IFS for word delimiters, and `-d` for
delimiting _where to stop reading_. We are parsing CSV, so the
combination of `IFS= -d,` results in only the first word.

Further, `read -a` fills an array variable so we don't need a loop.

8909e1755a Set the ENTRYPOINT, rather than the CMD. for the Docker build. 
This allows us to override the tasks passed to Gradle with our own. For
example, if we wanted to avoid cleaning:

    $ docker run --rm -it -v $PWD:/usr/src/app -v $HOME/.gradle:/root/.gradle sdkman-cli/gradle -x clean

As non-test tasks can now be passed to Gradle, I have changed the tag
of the image to something more general.

dde4665646 Documentation: Run the Docker tests with -it. 
* `-i` will ensure that the build can be cancelled with *Ctrl+C*.
  * `-t` tells Docker to run as a TTY, so the test frameworks know to
    output colours.

bfc32ceeac Update README.md 
The Mongo instructions did work, but the instructions were
a little bit unclear.  I also noticed that the db directory
has all the scripts needed to re-create the site.  Hopefully
this helps.
