* fix: rewrite avatarproxy and CachedImage
Avatar proxy was allowing every request to be proxied, no matter the original ressource's origin or
filetype. This PR fixes it be allowing only relevant resources to be cached, i.e. Jellyfin/Emby
images and TMDB images.
