sd-bench still added locations, so the default workspace has not built
since they were removed. Both scenarios now track each recipe root as a
source through one shared helper. The content scenario measures what
content identification is now: the pass tracking queues behind each walk,
timed from its start to its completion, with files it identified and bytes
from the walks, instead of a content phase the walk no longer has.
