New docs/core/filesystems.mdx covering per-filesystem capabilities (CoW, pool-awareness, visibility filtering, capacity correction), platform detection strategies, the FilesystemHandler trait, Linux/ macOS/ZFS visibility rules, the ZFS pool-root capacity problem and fix, copy strategy selection, and known limitations.
