* Fix warnings

* Working when doing a full location indexing

* Directory size calculation for sub_path indexing
Also for shallow indexer
Now shallow indexer dispatches sub_path scans when it finds a new folder

* Directory size calculations in the watcher

* Pass directory sizes to sync system
