sources.freeze writes a dated VACUUM INTO copy of the source's store
under sources/<id>/freezes/, verified by reading the record count back
out of the artifact. The live store keeps mirroring the disk; the freeze
is the record of what the disk was before a cleanup. New sd sources CLI
domain: track, list, freeze.
