Excludes source maps from the asset embed, sets default = [] on sd-core so wasm, ffmpeg and heif are opt-in, and converts the icon and image sets to webp. macOS thumbnails route through ImageIO and QuickLook instead of the bundled codec stack, so the prebuilt bundle is a separate opt-in download.
