- Added confirm_or_abort utility for dangerous operations
- Added confirmation prompts to:
  - location remove
  - library delete (new command)
  - network revoke
- Kept our modular CLI structure with domains/ subdirectories
- Removed old flat .rs files that were moved to modular structure
