* Fix double-free during MovieDecoder Drop
 - Fix broken thumbnails for portrait videos
 - Fix some inconsistencies between our MovieDecoder impl and ffmpegthumbnailer impl
 - Make sd-desktop-macos use the correct macOS deployment target
