Jamie Pine f0347a3179 Fix hot-thumb 404s and silence browse indexer jobs ...

The Tauri hot-thumb handler still read sources/<id>/thumbs.pvcache
after the cache moved to volumes/<id>/, so every tile request 404'd.

Directory browsing dispatches an ephemeral indexer per first visit;
since the entries teardown dropped the ephemeral persistence guard,
those jobs persisted a row and emitted start/completion events, so the
desktop app played the job-done sound on every navigation. Browse jobs
now run in the background: the listing already reaches the UI through
ResourceChanged events, and completion is marked inside the job, not
from its events. User-initiated indexing and volume mapping keep their
events.
