nix: move nixos module under nix/ subdir

In preparation for adding a sibling darwin module, move the NixOS
module from nixos/ to nix/nixos/ so platform modules live together.

No behaviour change. flake.nix paths updated; internal imports between
the moved files are relative and unaffected.
