kari-ts 74c29a1bde netns: testing android missing protect hypothesis 
inAndroid, the dns forwarder's udp upstream socket may be created with a plain net.ListenConfig instead of going through the netns path. If so, that socket doesn't get protected, so when dns switches from ipv6 to ipv4, the new udp socket to the wifi resolver could get routed back through the vpn instead of over wifi
