Depend on the tailscale/breakglass fork directly for its new access-control flags. The fork renamed its module path so no replace directive (disallowed here) is needed. Upstream gokrazy/breakglass stays for the arm64 appliances. Regenerate depaware manifests and nix flake hashes for the pkg/sftp bump pulled in by the fork.
