Naman Sood 07915ae481 types/appctype: remove Conn25Attr type 
This type was previously logically distinct from AppConnectorAttr
despite containing the same fields. It is now logically also the same,
so doesn't need to exist separately.

Fixes tailscale/corp#50897.
