8ebefa513e Require "ephem" instead of "pyephem" 
Package has been renamed on pypi.org.

Also, ephem V3.7 doesn't work. We require 4.1.

2aba36a7e3 Return almanac properties as ValueHelpers. 
This leverages all the goodness of ValueHelpers, including obeying
local formatting conventions.

To avoid breaking old skins, the VH versions have been given
new names.
