added os-icons. fixed some typos in the install guides. added copyright page as part of docs. minor doc cleanup to make doc names and titles a bit more consistent.

3 quick-start guides - linux (source), debian, redhat. minor html cleanup - change all files to unix line endings, fixed some html tag errors, made indents consistent in preformatted blocks, minor adjustments to css for better readability.
