Isaac Connor d2436c6565 ci: set retention-days 1 on package build artifacts ...

Backport the artifact retention setting from master. The deb/rpm/native
package build workflows upload distro binaries (~2.7GB per full run) on
every push, but their artifacts fell back to the repo default 7-day
retention, accumulating enough active storage to exhaust the org GitHub
Actions storage quota. Setting retention-days: 1 matches master and lets
these build outputs expire the day after they are deployed to zmrepo.
