#5288 added an isDefaultPassword() call to validateUser(). The comparison
test from #5294 lifts validateUser() out of auth.php into its own
namespace without it, so since both merged the test stops at its first
check: "Call to undefined function ValidateUserTest\isDefaultPassword()".
Each PR passed on its own branch.
Lift isDefaultPassword() and the ZM_DEFAULT_PASSWORD* constants from
auth.php as well, rather than copying them, and check what #5288 added to
validateUser(): the default password is refused with its own message,
plain or MySQL-hashed, and a wrong password still reads as one. Test only;
no change to ZoneMinder.
